Operate and maintain utility systems such as boilers, chillers, air compressors, cooling towers, HVAC, water systems (RO/DM), and power supply.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment.
Monitor parameters like pressure, temperature, flow, and power consumption.
Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities to production areas.
Maintain maintenance logs and documentation as per GMP guidelines.
Follow safety and EHS procedures.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams during shutdowns.
