Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate detail-oriented professional to handle GST return filing, TDS return filing, and related data preparation. The ideal candidate will ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements, maintain accurate records, and provide support for audits and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) accurately and within prescribed deadlines.

• Calculate and deposit GST liabilities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

• Prepare and file TDS returns, including accurate calculation of tax deductions under applicable sections.

• Reconcile GST and TDS-related data with books of accounts, invoices, and vendor records.

• Address notices and queries from tax authorities related to GST and TDS, ensuring timely resolution.

• Assist in GST and TDS audits by providing necessary documentation and data.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all GST and TDS filings and payments.

• Stay updated with changes in GST and TDS laws, rules, and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments in compliance processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for the collection and verification of data required for filings.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports summarizing GST and TDS activities for management review.
