🚀 We’re Hiring | Technical Support Executive

📍 Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to join our growing service team. If you have hands-on technical skills and enjoy field work, this opportunity is for you.

🔧 Role & Responsibilities

✔ On-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting as per SOPs

✔ Timely resolution of customer-reported technical issues

✔ Professional customer interaction and service support

✔ Clear communication of service schedules and job closures

✔ Customer site visits across Gurgaon and nearby areas

✔ Safe handling of tools, spares, and equipment

✔ Accurate service reporting and regular updates to the Area Manager

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

✔ ITI / Diploma (Polytechnic)

✔ Residence in Gurgaon or nearby locations

✔ Two-wheeler mandatory

✔ Comfortable with local travel
