Job Description: Security Guard Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to oversee security operations and ensure the safety of people, property, and assets at the assigned site. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, good communication skills, and a solid understanding of security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of security guards across assigned shifts.

• Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper deployment of guards.

• Monitor site activities, patrol areas, and ensure compliance with security procedures.

• Handle incidents, emergencies, and report suspicious activities immediately.

• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and performance standards among security staff.

• Conduct regular training and briefings for guards.

• Ensure proper checking of visitors, vehicles, and materials as per company policy.

• Maintain incident reports, attendance records, and daily logs.

• Coordinate with clients, management, and law enforcement when required.

• Ensure smooth operations during VIP visits, events, and special assignments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security operations (supervisory experience preferred).

• Knowledge of security equipment, CCTV, access control, and emergency procedures.

• Ability to lead a team effectively and resolve conflicts.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Physically fit and alert.

• Must be willing to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
