The Security Guard Supervisor is responsible for supervising security guards, ensuring discipline, maintaining safety at the site, and coordinating daily security operations. The supervisor acts as a link between management and guards, ensuring smooth functioning of all security activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily activities of security guards.

• Prepare and maintain duty rosters and ensure proper shift arrangements.

• Conduct regular patrolling and checks at the site.

• Handle incidents, emergencies, and report them to management immediately.

• Ensure all guards follow company rules, grooming standards, and proper uniform.

• Maintain attendance records, visitor logs, and incident reports.

• Train new guards on duties, safety procedures, and site instructions.

• Coordinate with client representatives and resolve on-site issues.

• Ensure safety of property, materials, and personnel at the site.

• Conduct surprise checks and night inspections to ensure alertness.
