Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients regarding immigration options for countries such as Canada, UK, USA, Australia, etc.

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Guide clients through the end-to-end visa application process.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, and document requirements.

• Review and verify all documents to ensure compliance and completeness.

• Prepare and submit visa applications and follow up with embassies or consulates as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
