Your Role (Impact):

• Onboard schools, colleges & training institutes as B2B partners.

• Pitch skill-development courses for bulk student enrollments.

• Build long-term relationships to ensure continuous growth.

• Represent us in client meetings, events, and seminars.

• Hit monthly & quarterly enrollment targets (with support & training).

Requirements (Who You Are):

• Graduate in any field (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).

• 1–3 years in Sales / Business Development (B2B/EdTech preferred).

• Strong in communication, negotiation & presentations.

• Target-oriented, self-driven & ready to travel if needed.

• Love working in fast-paced startup environments.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (based on experience).

• Incentives: Attractive performance-based earnings.

• Joining Bonus: ₹5,000 (after 30 days).

• Mode: Hybrid (Remote + Field).
