Responsibility-

● Conduct thorough consultations with clients on the phone to understand their visa requirements and convince them to visit the office.

● Explain to clients their application process, fee structure, and all other information regarding visa applications.

● Guide clients through the visa application process, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted in a timely manner.
