We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at The United Trips. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Present and promote our travel-related products and services to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Understand client needs and tailor customized travel solutions to match their expectations.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, travel industry developments, and competitor offerings.
Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
Experience range: 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in travel or hospitality industry).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
