We are currently looking to hire a Senior Academic Counsellor to manage our admissions and counselling process.

Job Title: Senior Academic Counsellor

Location: Bangalore

Industry: Education / Coaching Institute

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student and parent enquiries regarding courses

• Provide counselling and convert leads into admissions

• Maintain and manage leads through CRM

• Regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents

• Support the overall admissions process and achieve monthly targets

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Education / EdTech sales

• Experience as an Academic Counsellor / Admission Counsellor

• Experience handling CRM and lead management

• Strong communication and counselling skills
