Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database.
Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and location.
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems.
Answer customer queries related to properties and services.
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Prior experience in real estate telecalling or telesales is preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
Good telephone etiquette and a positive attitude.
