Key Responsibilities
· Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
· Showcase residential properties to prospective clients.
· Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options.
· Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
· Stay updated with market trends and provide expert advice to clients.
· Ensure proper follow-up and client servicing throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
· 1 - 6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (residential).
· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Target-driven, self-motivated, and client-focused.
· Candidates with their own vehicle will be must.
· Should be able to join within 15 days or less.
