Loan Bazaar is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Home Loan Sales Executives in Gurgaon. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their home loan requirements, and offering the best solutions through our partner banks & NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for home loans through calls, meetings, and referrals.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.

• Ensure complete documentation and compliance for loan processing.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Provide end-to-end assistance, from application to disbursement.

Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate (preferred in Finance, Business, or related field).

• 0–3 years of experience in loan sales / financial products (freshers can also apply).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & loan products will be an added advantage.
