Job Overview:

Celestile – The Luxury Home Decor Interior is hiring a Professional Telecaller (Female) for a long-term association. The role involves calling and converting social media leads, professionally engaging customers, and inviting them to visit our showroom.

Important: Our office is planned to shift to Shamshabad by mid-June 2026 to a newly constructed office. Applicants must be willing to relocate, as relocation readiness is part of the selection criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up on leads generated from social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram

• Professionally convince potential customers about Celestile’s luxury interior and home décor services

• Invite and schedule interested customers to visit our showroom

• Maintain proper call records, follow-ups, and customer data

• Coordinate with sales and design teams for appointments

• Maintain professional call etiquette and customer engagement standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Female candidates only

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university

• Experience: 1 to 5 years as a Professional Telecaller / Customer Relationship role

Age Criteria:

• Below 35 years

Additional Requirements:

• Willing to join immediately

• Willing to relocate to Shamshabad by mid-June 2026

• Target-oriented and professional mindset

• Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge preferred
