We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our healthcare sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential buyers, explaining our products (medical equipment, surgical items, and medicines), and converting leads into sales.
Make outbound calls to potential clients including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
Explain product details, features, and pricing clearly and professionally.
Generate sales leads and follow up with interested buyers.
Maintain proper call records, lead status, and customer details.
Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for order processing and delivery.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and build long-term business relationships.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English).
Prior experience in telecalling or sales (healthcare/medical field preferred).
Basic knowledge of medical equipment and medicines (training will be provided).
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
