We’re looking for a motivated and empathetic Telecalling Executive to connect with NEET aspirants and parents, provide accurate information about our services, and assist them throughout their counseling or admission process.
Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads.
Explain NEETSupport.com’s services, features, and benefits clearly and confidently.
Maintain a positive and professional tone during all interactions.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions or service registrations.
Update call records and maintain lead data in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to ensure seamless student support.
Handle queries and escalate unresolved issues to senior team members when required.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Good listening and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer support (education domain preferred).
Empathetic and student-friendly communication style.
Target-driven and result-oriented.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
