The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tele-calling, preferably within the real estate sector, and will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate projects and generate leads.

Follow up on inquiries and leads from various marketing channels.

Understand client requirements and provide them with relevant information about our properties.

Schedule site visits for the sales team and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

Maintain a detailed database of leads, client interactions, and follow-up activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Stay updated with our project details, pricing, and current market trends.

Requirements and Skills:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role, with prior experience in the real estate industry being a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
