Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Telecaller to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, explain products or services to customers, and generate leads or sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers or handle inbound calls professionally

• Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly

• Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales as per targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details

• Address customer queries, concerns, and objections politely

• Follow call scripts and comply with company policies

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred

• Good communication skills in

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to persuade and handle customer objections

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience:

• Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support

Work Environment:

• Office-based Remote

• Day shift
