Job description:
Globesome India is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telesales Executive to convert leads for extreme adventure experiences. The candidate will be responsible for client communication, regular follow-ups, and closing bookings while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage with inbound and outbound leads
- Explain extreme adventure activities and packages clearly and confidently
- Perform regular follow-ups with interested clients until conversion
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics
- Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Sales
- Prior experience in tourism, travel, or adventure sales is preferred
- Proven track record of lead conversion and follow-up management
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset
- Ability to handle multiple follow-ups efficiently
- Good time management and organizational skills
