Woodrock Infotech is hiring Customer Care Executives for both Chat and Voice processes. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates who can handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent support.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through calls and chats
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
• Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience
• Maintain records of customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria
• Age limit: Up to 33 years
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and night shifts
