Position Summary:
The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product features and benefits.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases.
Convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
Handle customer questions, objections, and provide accurate information.
Maintain call logs, sales records, and report progress to the sales manager.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated.
Fluency in English and local language preferred.
Qualification:
Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline).
Prior telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage.
