Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven AV Sales Engineer with 2–8 years of experience in Audio-Visual (AV) solutions. The candidate should have exposure to technologies such as Video Walls, LED Walls, Video Wall Controllers, Projection Systems, or DLP Cubes. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong presales or technical background who are keen to transition into a customer-facing sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end sales of AV solutions across assigned territories
Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, government, and enterprise segments
Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose appropriate AV solutions
Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical consultations
Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and internal technical teams
Prepare proposals, BOQs, and techno-commercial documents
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Provide post-sales coordination and ensure customer satisfaction
Technical Expertise (Any of the Following):
Video Walls / LED Walls
Video Wall Controllers
Projection Systems
DLP Cubes
AV Integration Solutions
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of AV technologies and solutions
Experience in B2B sales / presales / solution selling
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
Good knowledge of tendering, RFP/RFQ processes (preferred)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics / IT / Electrical) or related field
Experience working with AV system integrators or OEMs is an advantage

Ability to work independently and handle extensive travel
