Job Description

We are looking for a Personal Assistant (Male) to support senior management in daily operations, coordination, and administrative tasks within an agrochemical company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily schedule, meetings, and appointments of the Director/Management
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Coordinate with internal teams and external clients/vendors
Maintain confidential files and important documents
Arrange travel bookings and meeting schedules
Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion

Requirements

Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting
Smart, presentable, and professional attitude
Ability to handle confidential information

Qualification

Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)

Experience

2–5 years experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant

Salary

₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)

Working Days
