We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to handle sales of sports goods, apparel, and equipment across B2B and Retail/Wholesale segments. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding market reach, and building strong client relationships.
Category 1: B2B Sales (Institutional / Corporate Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage business from gyms, sports academies, schools, corporates, and distributors
Pitch and sell sports apparel, uniforms, fitness equipment, and accessories
Develop long-term relationships with institutional clients
Handle bulk orders, pricing negotiations, and contract closures
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
Category 2: Retail & Wholesale Sales
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales through retail stores, dealers, and wholesale markets
Build and maintain relationships with shop owners and distributors
Ensure proper product display, availability, and stock movement
Drive secondary sales and repeat business
Handle inquiries, walk-in clients (if applicable), and order bookings
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Achieve assigned sales targets in the retail/wholesale segment
Common Responsibilities (Applicable to Both Categories):
Meet and exceed sales targets
Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support
Represent the brand professionally in the market
Requirements:
MBA Preferred (4-5 yrs of Experience)
4–5 years of experience in sports goods / apparel / equipment sales preferred
Experience in B2B or Retail/Wholesale sales (both preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
