Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and driving revenue growth through successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Negotiate deals and ensure timely closures.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project offerings.
