Role Overview
MyITS Technologies is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with proven expertise in enterprise technology solutions and strategic sales. This is a high-impact individual contributor role suited for a self motivated professional who can independently generate revenue, cultivate long-term client relationships, and drive business growth across multiple service offerings.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — while operating with minimal supervision. They should also possess a strong ability to identify cross selling opportunities and contribute to expanding MyITS Technologies’ broader solutions portfolio.
Key Role
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and LinkedIn prospecting.
Engage clients to understand business needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines and client records in CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Identify cross-selling opportunities to expand existing client accounts.
Deliver business presentations, solution demos, and client meetings with technical teams.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams for successful solution alignment.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic business growth.
Key Requirements
4-8 years of proven experience in IT services, enterprise technology sales, or solution selling.
Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
Prior experience working in enterprise technology solutions and IT services sales.
Good understanding of enterprise sales cycles, client acquisition, and B2B technology consulting.
Experience in consultative selling and positioning technology solutions based on client needs.
Ability to independently manage the complete sales process with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong networking and business development capabilities across multiple industries.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar sales platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced technology environment.
