We are looking for a senior process associate (telesales) to join our team at nexacode pvt ltd. with proven experience in B2B sales for website development, design, and digital marketing services.
Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to promote and sell website development, design, and digital marketing services.
Identify business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead databases.
Understand clients’ business needs and provide suitable service recommendations.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Proven experience (1–3 years preferred) in telecalling / inside sales / business development, particularly in IT services or digital marketing agencies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in English (and other regional languages if relevant).
Strong understanding of website design, SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising services.
