We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and manage our sales team in a growing Digital Marketing Agency. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling client communication, guiding the sales team, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage the sales team.
Generate new leads and convert them into clients.
Handle client meetings, calls, and presentations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team.
Prepare sales reports and strategies for business growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum Experience: 3+ years in Digital Marketing Sales
Proven experience in Website, SEO, Google Ads, and Digital Marketing Services Sales
Experience handling sales team and achieving targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Good understanding of digital marketing industry and client requirements
Ability to close high-value deals and manage client relationships
