We are seeking a Senior Sales Head who will lead our sales strategy, expand market presence, and drive revenue growth across India. This role demands a strategic thinker, a travel-savvy leader, and a results-driven professional with the fire to build something big in the lifestyle and performance market.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Build and manage distributor, dealer, and retail networks across PAN India.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channel expansions.
Lead negotiations, close key accounts, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
Manage a small sales team and mentor them towards achieving targets.
Represent MOBIUS at trade fairs, exhibitions, and brand events.
Ensure strong brand positioning in the performance lifestyle category.
Strategic and analytical thinker with a growth mindset.
