Job Description

A Business Development Manager (BDM) for a facility management company drives revenue growth by identifying new, lucrative opportunities, managing client relationships, and securing contracts for services like cleaning, security, and MEP. Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 3–8+ years in B2B sales or business development, specifically within the facility management or related service industry.

Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of hard services (MEP, HVAC, electrical) and soft services (cleaning, security, pest control).

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Communication: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Tools: Proficiency in CRM software for pipeline management.
