To acquire, manage, and grow partner relationships (Direct) and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business for Life Insurance through assigned channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners/agents.

• Drive sales targets – new business, renewals, and persistency.

• Conduct joint field calls and support partners in closures.

• Train and motivate partners on products and sales techniques.

• Ensure compliance with company and IRDA guidelines.

• Track daily/weekly performance and share business reports.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
