Sales & Marketing Executive

Summary: Convert prospective learners into enrolled students through discovery calls, demos, and timely follow-ups. Own the enrolment process and hit monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and run discovery calls/demos.

• Present course packages, pricing and close enrollments.

• Manage payments, documentation and CRM updates.

• Follow up with hot/cold leads and re-engage prospects.

• Assist with onboarding to reduce early dropouts; identify upsell opportunities.

• Report weekly on pipeline and conversion metrics.

KPIs

• Enrollments / month • Lead→Enrollment conversion • Average revenue per enrollee • Sales cycle length

Required skills

• 1+ year in education/sales or counselling.

• Strong communication, consultative selling, and CRM experience.

• Comfortable on calls, WhatsApp and handling objections.
