Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales process — from lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing services and the ability to explain their benefits to clients confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through digital channels — calls, LinkedIn, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.

• Conduct online/offline client meetings to understand business goals and propose digital marketing strategies.

• Present and explain company services including SEO, Website Design, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, and Branding Solutions.

• Prepare customized proposals and quotations as per client requirements.

• Handle the full sales cycle — from initial contact to final deal closure.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients for repeat business.

• Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to ensure service delivery as promised.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and regular reporting to management.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and competitors’ offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Digital Marketing / IT / Advertising Industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts — SEO, SEM, Social Media, PPC, Website Design, etc.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and close deals independently.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in client interactions.

• Experience with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and MS Office.
