Skills Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving the sales of the company's skill development programs, courses, and training solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales officers or executives.

• Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team.

• Personally engage in key sales activities, including identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities.

• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of the company's skill development programs.

• Negotiate and close sales deals with both individual and corporate clients.

• Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

• Understand client needs and provide customized skill development solutions.

• Track and analyze sales data, including leads, conversions, and revenue.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

• Identify trends and insights to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.

Must:

• Graduation is required.

• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience.

• Must have own bike and DL.
