Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive our sales efforts for electric 3-wheelers across Rajasthan. This remote role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in automotive sales (2-wheeler or 3-wheeler) and a passion for sustainable mobility solutions. The ASM will be responsible for expanding the dealer network, boosting regional sales, and ensuring consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers to expand the area’s sales network
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing dealers to ensure high satisfaction and performance
Drive sales and achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Create and implement dealer-level sales strategies for maximum outreach and conversion
Train dealer teams regularly to improve product knowledge and selling efficiency
Track market trends and competitor activities to refine area-specific strategies
Provide timely updates and reports to management and relevant stakeholders
Ensure all regional activities comply with applicable regulations and internal guidelines
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in 2-wheeler or 3-wheeler vehicle sales
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Functional & Soft Skills:
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
In-depth understanding of dealer appointment and management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time management and multitasking capabilities
