Job Description

Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational targets
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for the team
Plan lead conversion strategies for courses/products/services
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

Team Management & Leadership

Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise the sales team
Allocate leads and define individual targets for sales executives
Monitor daily performance, calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations
Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets

Lead Management & Conversion

Ensure effective handling of inbound and outbound leads
Oversee counselling/sales conversations to maximize conversion
Track lead lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment/closure
Improve conversion ratios through coaching and feedback
