We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager Cum HR to lead our sales operations while managing core HR functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and handling recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.
This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage both people and performance effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage and motivate the sales team.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Handle negotiations and close high-value deals.
HR Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
Develop HR policies and ensure compliance.
Handle employee attendance, payroll coordination, and records.
Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals.
Manage employee engagement activities.
Address employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline.
Organize training and development programs.
Maintain employee database and documentation.
