Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing quality candidates, and supporting the organization’s talent acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
Manage job postings on portals and social media
Coordinate onboarding and documentation process
Support other HR operations when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Good understanding of hiring processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Preferred Skills
Experience in hiring for training/education sector
Knowledge of Excel or HR software
Strong negotiation skills
