We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at steamee to manage the full-cycle hr process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them payroll management , HRMS software usage . The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and update job descriptions.
Source and engage candidates via online platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.
Maintain employee database and personal records
Manage attendance, leave, and HR systems
Handle employee documentation (contracts, confirmations)
Ensure data accuracy in HRMS
Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, bonuses)
Ensure salary processing accuracy
Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, reimbursements
Support compensation benchmarking
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Update HR policies as needed
Handle audits and statutory requirements
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.Handle resignation and exit formalities
Conduct exit interviews
Manage full and final settlement
Analyze attrition trends
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
