Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Build and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers.

• Identify new business opportunities in the interior, bath, and décor segments.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.

• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.

• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.

• Ensure after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
