Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
Handle client enquiries related to bathware, modular kitchens, and interior solutions
Coordinate with in-house manufacturing, design, and site teams for smooth execution
Provide regular project updates and manage client expectations
Resolve client concerns and ensure post-installation support
Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent service
Assist sales team in negotiations, order finalization, and documentation
Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and MIS reports
