About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales for our wall panels, interior products, wardrobe & kitchen shutters, and OEM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the interior industry and experience in managing B2B clients including traders, dealers, distributors, OEM buyers, small-to-large companies, and project customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business across North India and other regions.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, traders, OEM buyers, and project clients.
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to order closing and customer follow-up.
• Conduct product presentations, sampling, and technical discussions with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, design) to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain detailed sales reports, CRM updates, and MIS documentation.
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and on-field marketing activities.
Requirements
• Graduate/PG preferred (Interior, Marketing, or Business background is a plus).
• 2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in interior products, wall panels, plywood/boards, shutters, laminates, hardware, or building materials.
• Strong network with dealers, distributors, or OEM companies.
• Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
• Ability to travel for client meetings and market visits.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and strong at relationship management.
