Job Description

The role of a Sales Manager is pivotal in driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, driving the success of a company by planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies to promote products and ensuring the achievement of business goals.

Skills Required

1) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

2) Expertise in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.

3) Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

4) Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

5)  5 + Years of experience as a Manager in Real Estate

6)  Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi. Other regional Languages fluency is a plus.

 

 

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, consumer needs, and competitor strategies.

2) Stay updated with marketing innovations, technologies, and industry trends.

3) Develop and set clear sales goals and objectives for the team.

4) Create sales plans that align with overall business strategies.

5) Provide ongoing training of to enhance skills and productivity of team members.

6) Oversee the process of lead generation and conversion.

7) Take responsibilities of closing deals and managing important client relationships.

8) Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

9) Prepare and present reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management.

10)              Oversee the use of CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales progress.

11)              Work closely with marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.

12)              Ensure the team is reaching the Set Targets.

13)              Monitoring the team in all aspects and to ensure the required productivity.
