Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – International Experience

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales professionals with international sales experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in international voice processes, outbound sales, and handling clients from global markets, particularly the US. Engage with international prospects via outbound calls and emails, primarily from the US market.
Understand customer requirements and pitch appropriate products or solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Update CRM systems with customer interactions, pipeline status, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and industry updates.
2 to 7 years of experience in International Sales, International Voice Process, or Outbound Sales.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (verbal and written).
Strong understanding of US business culture and customer behavior.
Comfortable working in rotational night shifts aligned to US time zones.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
