Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in corporate, retail, and agency segments.

• Develop a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and industry trends.

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, client visits, and digital channels.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their branding and printing requirements.

• Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and product samples.

• Ensure seamless coordination between client, design, and production teams for timely delivery.

• Address client feedback and ensure consistent satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Strategy & Operations

• Develop territory plans and contribute to overall business growth strategy.

• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure timely payment collection.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.

• Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in printing, packaging, signage, or advertising industries.
