Job Summary

Sharayu Hyundai is seeking an energetic and target-oriented Sales Consultant for our Juinagar showroom. The candidate will be responsible for driving automobile sales, handling customer inquiries, conducting test drives, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and explain Hyundai vehicle features

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable models

• Conduct test drives and follow up for closures

• Generate new leads through calls, references, and field marketing

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain CRM records and customer database

• Coordinate with finance/insurance team for deal processing

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred

• 1–6 years of experience in automobile sales or related sales field

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Presentable and customer-friendly personality

• Basic computer knowledge
