Job Description

ITM Group of Institutions is hiring Student Counselors / Education Advisors for its Nerul campus.

This opportunity is open to freshers as well as experienced professionals who are interested in building or advancing their careers in the education and admissions domain.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career pathways

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and walk-in inquiries

• Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and counseling

• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM systems

• Achieve individual and team-based admission targets

• For experienced candidates:
  

  • Guide and mentor junior counselors

  • Support team performance and conversion improvement

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate candidates / Undergraduate students may apply

• Freshers welcome (training will be provided)

• Experienced counselors / education advisors are encouraged to apply

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems
