What You’ll Do
Drive your own field sales targets through consultative selling, product demos, and relationship building. 100% on field Job. Everyday in office preparations before scheduling DEMO
Mentor sales representatives by coaching them on prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
Go on joint calls with mentees to provide live feedback and real-world guidance.
Track performance, share strategies, and help reps sharpen their sales funnel management.
Inspire your mentees with your energy, discipline, and success stories.
Be the go-to person for motivation, problem-solving, and growth.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of strong B2B acquisition sales experience.
Proven ability to consistently achieve targets in field sales.
Passion for coaching, guiding, and uplifting others.
Great at building rapport—with clients and with teammates.
Mandatory: Hands-on field sales & cold calling experience.

Qualifications:
Graduate or Post-graduate in any stream
60% minimum in Graduation OR 12th standard
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
Required Skills:
Acquisition Sales, Team Management, Sales Management, Business-to-Business (B2B), New Client Acquisitions
Candidate Attributes:
Hands on experience in leading large team in Sales Acquisition Processes is preferred
Field sales and cold calling experience is mandatory
Build Rapport with the team via a consultative sales approach
Strong listening, questioning, and networking skills.
Report management / analysis / alignment skills
