Job Description

*Sales Support:*To follow up on all sales leads & enquiries. Support lead generation process by interacting with potential sources, referrals, meeting with the prospective customers.Presentation as per the manager’s instructions To achieve sales targets. To handle walk-in, identify prospective clients' exact needs, by questioning, observation and the completion of a full sales survey. To maintain communication with the client once the client showing interest in the project & the discussion are opened.To constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity. Coordinate with Clients, lead generation & increasing number of sales. Explaining the features and benefits of the existing projects of the company. Ensuring a high level of interaction & customer satisfaction. *Customer Support-* Provide customer service (after sales service) . Coordination with collection dept. *Information Support:*Product/Project details Timely & accurate sales reports. Enquiry detailsDaily follow up details Analyze the activities of potential buyer’s Add values to the potential buyer’sAnalyze & locate process flaws. Analyze and Support for Enhancement of Sales & Marketing Activities*Operational Support:* Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training andcoachingDevelop a sales strategy to achieve organizational salesgoals and revenuesSet individual sales targets with sales teamWork on sales scripts with agentsTrack, collate and interpret sales figures and reportingEnsure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properlyPlan and direct sales team trainingControl expenses and monitor budgetsPreparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities.
