About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, acquire and retain clients, and contribute to overall revenue growth. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients to expand the customer base
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts and support lead generation initiatives
Plan and participate in events or promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities
Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies as needed to remain competitive
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads in the CRM system

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and selling abilities
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Computer literate and comfortable using the internet for research and data analysis
